Our company provides appraisal and consulting services for a variety of different intended uses. Our firm specializes in the appraisal of real property and provides real estate valuation and consulting services as well as expert witness testimony. Kristin Sawinski Appraisals covers a large geographical area for appraisal services. Kristin has done work throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania. However, primarily we focus on a radius of approximately 2 hour drive time from our office in Latrobe, PA including Westmoreland, Indiana, Jefferson, Cambria, Somerset, Beaver, Greene, Butler and Washington Counties.

Kristin N. Sawinski is self-employed and the co-owner of Kristin Sawinski Appraisals LLC. Our office is located at 755 Lloyd Avenue, Latrobe, PA 15650. Our firm was established on January 1, 2018. She is certified as a "General Appraiser" by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (Certificate #GA-003569). Kristin is a Candidate for Designation, Appraisal Institute as of July 11, 2016. She graduated in May 2003 from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Equine Science & Agricultural Economics. She has been actively engaged in Real Estate Appraisal Business since June 1, 2003 when she started her trainee period at her father’s company, Hayden Appraisal Services. I have been a PA Certified General Appraiser since January 29, 2007. HISTORY OF APPRAISAL EMPLOYMENT 1. Owner/Appraiser – Kristin Sawinski Appraisals LLC – January 2018 to present 2.
