Mr. Laird is a second generation land surveyor who has been licensed to practice for over 20 years. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Land Surveying. Mr. Laird has been involved in the family business for over 30 years, and was mentored by his Father David and his Uncle Richard.
