Daniel Campbell is a multi-state licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in architecture and historic preservation. He manages architectural restoration and rehabilitation projects through all phases of the process including building surveys, measured drawings, code analysis, conditions assessment, restoration design, adaptive re-use design, construction documentation, bidding, and contract administration. Dan also specializes in historic preservation plans; conducting architectural conditions-assessments himself, while leading and directing teams of structural and MEP engineering consultants, materials conservation experts, and overseeing the calculation of restoration budgets by professional estimators.
Historic PreservationRestoration projects have included significant National Register and National Historic Landmark buildings, required to comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Dan’s architecture degree, licensure and experience qualify him as an Historic Architect under the Code of Federal Regulations, 36 CFR Part 61.
