EIS, NEPA, Section 106, 4f Certified National Register Professional Consultant with multiple PennDOT transportation projects participation in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Multiple Federal Tax Credit for Rehabilitation projects. East Bradford Township, Chester County: Chairman of Historical Commission: Achieved PHMC Certified Local Government designation. Conducted photo survey project; updating township historic resource inventory. Project received Award from Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia. Attained multiple DOE certifications within the township. Amendment to National Register District in process. Developed strong working relationships with Chester County Heritage Preservation Co-coordinator, PHMC and National Register. Past Chairman, PA Brandywine Scenic Byway Designation: Charter Member and Appointed Commissioner. Est. 2005, Corridor Management Plan for 7 municipalities in Chester and Delaware counties. As Sales Director of KhatodUSA; Khatod Optoelectronic was established and marketed successfully through Alliance Electronics’ aggressive marketing effort, bringing Sales from Zero to over $5 Million in a period of less than 5 years. Responsibilities include total management of International Trade Shows, Development and Specification of Custom Optic Applications, Developing Indirect Sales and professional liaisons with LED manufacturers, Direct Technical Sales and Marketing in all fields of Solid State LED Lighting, Hired and Managed Technical Sales Engineers and Distributors; provided Superior Customer Service to an ever growing client base in the High Power LED Lens arena. Additional responsibilities were total management of corporate finance and accounting. Mary Sue Boyle has testified as a professional witness and lectured on historic preservation and drafted ordinances for municipalities, as well as nominated multiple individual resources and districts to the National Register. She is a Certified National Register Consultant, participates as a Section 106 Consultant and has chaired East Bradford Township Historical Commission for over a decade.
