Jon Lesher co-leads the Alternative Energy Ordinance Working Group (AEOWG) on behalf of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, and has conducted extensive research as an Environmental Planner for the Montgomery County Planning Commission on municipal ordinance efforts to promote, and regulate, the use of alternative energy systems. Mr. Lesher maintains an inventory of Pennsylvania municipalities who have adopted alternative energy system ordinances and helps to administer the AEOWG webpage.
