Denny Puko is the planning program manager for the Governor’s Center for Local Government Services, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. He is responsible for hands-on planning help to local governments, planning training courses, state planning policy development, and a DCED planning funding program. He has worked in planning for DCED since 2004.
