Jack Stefferud, Regional Director, Land Protection, Natural Lands Trust. Jack is responsible for planning and implementing strategic acquisition plans for Natural Lands Trust primarily in Chester and Berks Counties in Pennsylvania. Complex multi-faceted conservation projects are successfully implemented through partnerships involving Landowners, Municipalities, County, State, and other conservation organizations. He currently is working on 18 multiple-grant-funded acquisitions, 4 township-only funded acquisitions and several donated acquisitions. In addition Jack is the Open Space Consultant for several municipalities as an advisor on implementing the Pennsylvania requirements relative to successful open space bond referendum and implementation. Jack is past Chair of East Bradford Township’s Open Space Review Board, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy and a Masters in Business Administration.
