Mr. Synoracki has more than 20 years of diversified experience in project management and environmental consulting for major industrial, construction, non-profit organizations, and federal government clientele. He has completed numerous environmental, watershed, and land use studies involving natural resource identification and evaluation, site planning, design and permitting, stream restoration, acid mine drainage abatement, and wetland mitigation design and construction. He has also completed various aquatic ecology, fishery biology, and ecological risk assessments for aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Mr. Synoracki has conducted water quality studies to determine the impacts of nonpoint source agricultural runoff, hazardous waste sites, and industrial effluents on the ecology of streams and rivers.
