Year: 2010

Due to development, invasive exotic, and other threats and its unique natural resources, the Kittatinny Ridge has been the focus of conservation efforts for many years. This report is intended to give a snapshot of the Kittatinny Ridge corridor in 2010; updating residents, municipal officials, conservationists, and policy makers on the progress that has been made and remaining areas of concern. It is designed to assess the state of the Kittatinny Ridge by measuring indicators of health in six critical categories: Land, Water, Wildlife, Recreation, Economic Impact, and Local Action.
