There are 9 provisions in this draft model ordinance: Comprehensive Stormwater Management, Riparian Buffer Zone Management, Steep Slope Conservation Districts, Woodland Protection, Wellhead Protection, Wetlands Protection, Floodplain Protection, Comprehensive Water Supply/Use Management and comprehensive Wastewater Management. There are also extensive Appendices that go with the Stormwater ordinance. Please note this is in the draft form, and has not yet been released
