Bio
I am a shareholder at Grim, Biehn & Thatcher and have been with the firm since 2000. Prior to that, I clerked for the Honorable Susan Devlin Scott of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. I have extensive experience in municipal law, as well as, appellate, zoning, litigation, and real estate law. My practice is primarily focused upon municipal work, and I am currently the Solicitor for Lower Macungie Township in Lehigh County. In addition, I have worked for Bedminster, Plumstead, Warwick, New Britain, and Upper Makefield Townships in Bucks County in conjunction with my firm's representation of these municipalities. As a municipal solicitor, I have been involved in negotiating conservation easements with landowners; drafting easements and associated documents; overseeing the sale or transfer of easements; and enforcing easements. I received my B.A from Haverford College and my J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
