WPC's Colcom Revolving Fund for Local Land Trusts provides short-term and low-interest loans for local land trusts and other nonprofit organizations to acquire property or conservation easements before permanent funding is secured. For a limited time, WPC is offering a 0% interest rate on loans for the first six to 12 months. This loan fund not only provides land trusts with financing to quickly act in response to urgent conservation opportunities, but it also offers the technical assistance of WPC's staff to support successful project outcomes. Bio
Over 5 years experience coordinating and conducting all aspects of real estate transactions including land protection projects. Land protection experience includes development of acquisition strategies, outreach with landowners and community, management of acquisition projects, development of legal agreements, including conservation easements. Landscape focus areas include the remaining critical habitat of the Eastern Massasauga in Pennsylvania, the Lake Erie Watershed and many other exceptional areas throughout Western Pennsylvania. B.S. Biology – Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
