Boucher & James, Inc. conducts Phase I Environmental Assessments (Audits) to determine if a property contains environmental liabilities of concern to an easement agreement. For over 20 years, we have assisted Land Conservation groups throughout Eastern Pennsylvania with a broad range of consulting services. We evaluate Septic Systems and conduct testing of underground tanks, farm dumps, drums, soil and water. Boucher & James, Inc. performs Biologic Studies related to wetland delineations and bog turtle surveys. We preserve open space through testing and design of Community Sewage Spray and Drip Irrigation Fields. Our Environmental Consultants, Land Planners, Surveyors and Engineers perform evaluations needed to parcel off land to be exempted from easement.
