Bio

Tara Tracy serves as part of the Brandywine Conservancy’s Municipal Assistance Program, assisting municipal officials and citizen’s groups with resource-protection based planning including open space referenda, Comprehensive Plans, and citizen involvement. She has 25 years experience in various aspects of the environmental field as a certified professional soil scientist, including wetland delineation and evaluation; and, advocacy of smart growth through traditional neighborhood design and infrastructure planning. Tara has BS degree in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Maine at Orono.

Zoning for Non-Commercial Solar and Wind Systems
Mr. Theilacker provides land use and environmental planning assistance to municipalities in southeastern PA through the Conservancy’s Municipal Assistance Program, and has recently authored several zoning ordinance amendments on behalf of townships that chose to regulate the use of accessory solar and wind energy systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and other uses.
