Mr. Young has 21 years of experience in environmental analysis and has been involved in all levels of environmental documentation, including environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, and categorical exclusion evaluations. As an experienced environmental manager, he is responsible for diverse environmental clearance projects, including managing personnel, scheduling, reviewing documents, coordinating with subconsultants and resource agencies, and the overall quality control of the NEPA process. He is also experienced in public and agency involvement and has assisted in planning, layout, and writing hearing testimony; preparing handouts; and conducting public meetings, public hearings, agency coordination meetings, and special agency coordination meetings.
